COOPERATIVA ALAMBICCHI is accredited as Sending, Hosting and Coordinating organisation for EVS projects

The European Voluntary Service (EVS) provides young Europeans with the unique chance to express their personal commitment through unpaid and full-time voluntary activities in a foreign country within or outside the EU.
In this way, it seeks to develop solidarity, mutual understanding and tolerance among young people, thus contributing to reinforcing social cohesion in the European Union and to promoting young people's active citizenship.
Open to all young people aged 18 to 30, EVS is a true ‘learning service’.
Beyond benefiting the local communities, by participating in voluntary activities,  young volunteers can develop new skills and, therefore, improve their personal, educational and professional development.
Volunteers can benefit from specific training throughout the activity and agree on their expected learning outcomes, processes and methods in advance.
Participation is free for the volunteers (except for a possible contribution of a maximum of 10% of the travel costs)  who also get board and lodging, insurance cover and an allowance for the duration of the project.
EVS activities can be carried out both individually or in group.
The European Voluntary Service spans a wide range of  areas, such as culture, youth, sports, social care, cultural heritage, the arts, civil protection, the environment, development co-operation, etc.

The Spazio Giovani of Minicipality Carmignano is a space dedicated to young people and not only, open to those who want to participate in activities, courses, conferences or simply find a place to study and stay together.

Inside Spazio Giovani are present following services:

Information and counselling
Information on school and university, work, vocational training, mobility opportunities abroad, volunteering, travel, sports and leisure courses.
It’s present also an advisor specialized in counselling that can offer following services:
•    Elaboration of work-training project to facilitate the process of choosing a job.
•    to write a professional curriculum vitae
•    information for the creation of 'enterprise, with particular reference to the female
•    european projects: youth in action, life long learning, culture

A point to know the opportunities for young people on the basis of their training or employment and career goals.
Information and counselling service is open on Thursday 15.00-19.00

Internet point and WI_FI area
Assisted and free use of internet.
Spazio Giovani and the square in front is covered by Wi-Fi signal.
Any device or user terminal (computer, mobile phone, PDA, etc..) can connect to wi-fi and allow navigation with your password Paas.

Reading and corse space
A space dedicated to study or to realize training courses organized.

Auditorium
A multi-functional open space and fitted with modern equipment, where to participate in conferences, attend shows, meet friends and study.
